All participants and accompanying persons are cordially invited to the Ice-Breaker on Monday 8 June 2026 at 17.30 at the HPH Building.

If the weather is fine, the event will take place outdoors in the garden.

The Gala Dinner will take place on Wednesday, 10 June 2026, at the restaurant Lake Side, Bellerivestrasse 170 in Zurich: Welcome Drinks at 19:15. Gala Dinner at 19:45.

Transfer Venue (Zürich, ETH Hönggerberg) to Lake Side (Tiefenbrunnen or Fröhlichstrasse): approx. 45’ by public transport

Take bus Nr. 69 from ETH Hönggerberg to Milchbuck station. Transfer to tram Nr. 9 (11 stops) – exit at Bellevue tram stop. Transfer to tram Nr. 15 (5 stations) – exit at Fröhlichstrasse. It is a 5-minute walk (350 meters) from the tram stop to restaurant Lake Side.

Take tram Nr. 15 or Nr. 11 – exit at Fröhlichstrasse. It is a 5-minute walk (350 meters) from the tram stop to restaurant Lake Side.

✔ Departure point of the tour: ETH Zurich, Zentrum Campus, Polyterrasse

✔ Transfer conference location to Zentrum Campus: ETH eLink (allow 25’ for the transfer; bus travel time 16’)

✔ Bus departures at Hönggerberg, Monday-Friday until 17:45 at :14/:34/:54)

✔ Arrival at the bus/pedestrian underpass Polyterrasse

✔ Exit the underpass via either sidewalk (left or right) to reach the meeting point on the Polyterrasse

✔ Transfer from Central (close to main train station Zurich HB) to Polyterrasse: Take either the Central Polybahn to Polyterrasse ETH or take tram 6 or 10 to ETH/Universitätsspital (travel time 4 minutes)

✔ Final destination: Münsterhof
