Please note that we reserve the right to change the program, if the Grimsel Pass is closed due to adverse weather conditions!

Registration Confirmation

After your registration and payment completion, you will receive the confirmation letter from ICPMG 2026 secretariat. If you did not receive the email, please kindly contact the us at icpmg2026@ethz.ch.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of registration cancellation, a fee of CHF 450.00 (full fee), or CHF 250.00 (for students fee/technicians’ program) will be retained.
Cancellation is possible until three weeks before the start of the conference.
Cancellations after 18 May 2026 are not refundable.
Cancellations of Tours and Gala Dinner are not refundable.
